What we store and who sees it

This notice describes the pilot as it runs today and is being finalised. Questions or deletion requests: [email protected].

What we store

  • Your account: email address, a securely hashed password and a hashed recovery code.
  • Your jobs: uploaded artwork, generated ideas, stitch files and previews, briefs, quantities, delivery city and address, messages, quotes, proofs and issue reports.
  • Workshop applications: business details, equipment, capacity, service area and D3VUR's review notes.
  • Basic first-party usage events (for example that a conversion finished) to improve the service.

Who can see it

You, D3VUR staff, and — only once a workshop is assigned your job — that workshop. Unassigned workshops see a job summary and preview without your identity or original files. Workshop cost reports are private to the workshop and D3VUR.

Where it is processed

Data is stored on servers operated by D3VUR. Traffic passes through Cloudflare. Stitch conversion and “Start with an idea” run on D3VUR's own computers; your artwork and prompts are not sent to third-party AI services.

No payment details are collected during the pilot. We do not use advertising trackers or sell your data. We do not currently send email.

How long we keep it

Job records are kept while your account is open so you can reorder and resolve issues. Ask us to delete your account and its jobs at any time; records needed to settle an open issue may be kept until it is resolved.
